Organizational Development Lead - Pharmaceutical Industry

Our client, a top company in the pharmaceutical industry, needs a dedicated Organizational Development Lead to work with both local and international executives. You will be key in shaping the company's future through strategic development and change management.

Responsibilities

• - Set up a regional Organizational Development Center to provide strategic guidance.
• - Work with leadership to find and address organizational development opportunities.
• - Develop and carry out culture change initiatives to improve mindsets and communication.
• - Train and advise HR Business Partners to support organizational readiness and development.
• - Communicate with stakeholders to ensure they adopt changes.
• - Work with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and effectively.

Qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• - At least 8 years in strategic HR roles, with strong experience in Organizational Development and project management.
• - Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• - Skilled in performance improvement, instructional design, and team development.
• - Fluent in Japanese and business-level English, with strong communication skills.
