Key Responsibilities


Analyze customer and system needs using simulation tools.
シミュレーションツールを活用し、顧客およびシステムのニーズを分析する。

Create and test scenarios to assess outcomes and perform statistical analysis.
シナリオを作成・検証し、結果を評価するとともに、統計分析を行う。

Consult with clients on-site and manage coordination efforts.
クライアント先でのコンサルティングを行い、調整業務を担当する。

Communicate effectively with international partners via phone, email, and video calls.
電話、メール、ビデオ会議を通じて、海外のパートナーと円滑にコミュニケーションを取る。


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree required; a Master's or Doctorate is a plus.
学士号必須、修士号または博士号をお持ちの方は歓迎。

At least 3 years in software integration and system engineering.
ソフトウェア統合およびシステムエンジニアリングの経験が3年以上ある方。

Strong in analytical and problem-solving methods in operations research.
オペレーションズ・リサーチにおける分析力・問題解決能力に優れている方。

Skilled in statistical analysis, data interpretation, and framework design.
統計分析、データ解釈、フレームワーク設計のスキルをお持ちの方。

Excellent communication skills and experience with defense organizations.
優れたコミュニケーション能力を持ち、防衛関連機関での経験がある方。
