Office Management

 Facility management (including fire prevention management)
 Receptionist for visitors
 Security management: control office security cards
 Membership,pantry,postage management
 Company seal management and administration

IT.Purchase.Payment

 Device management and software management
 Purchasing of all the IT devices.
Report Global/Japan IT helpdesk and the external support providers when necessary.

Requirements

 Bachelor degree holder
 Work experience as Office Manager in foreign company in Japan.
 Business level of English
