業務内容

- 日常のオフィス活動を管理し、効率を確保する
- 経営陣へのスケジュール管理や文書管理を含む管理サポートを提供する
- オフィス用品の在庫管理とベンダーとのタイムリーな発注業務
- 従業員ファイルや契約書などの正確な記録の維持
- 社内外の円滑なコミュニケーションを確保する
- オフィスの生産性向上の方法を見つけ、実施する

応募資格

- 製造業界でのオフィス管理業務経験が3年以上ある方
- 強い組織力とマルチタスク能力、細部に注意を払える方
- 優れた英語の読み書き能力、ビジネスレベルの日本語スキルがあれば尚可
- 問題解決を積極的に行い、解決策にフォーカスできる方
