Office Administrator - Manufacturing
We are seeking an Office Administrator for a leading manufacturing company in Tokyo. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and has strong administrative skills. You will help keep the office running smoothly and support the management team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep track of office supplies and order more when needed.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and manage calendars.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Support HR tasks like onboarding and maintaining employee records.
- Work with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
