Non-Financial Risk & Control Officer (Financial Services)
Our client are a global financial group, recruiting a Non-Financial Risk & Control Officer.
This is a rare opportunity to work primarily in English. Japanese language skills are preferred, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- - Implement and standardize the Non-Financial Risk Management Framework in Japan.
- - Collaborate with senior business leaders to improve controls and streamline processes.
- - Lead reviews after incidents to find root causes and take corrective actions.
- - Promote best practices in risk management and operations across departments.
Qualifications:
- - Experience in risk management and business transformation.
- - Strong analytical skills; able to turn data into practical business insights.
- - Ability to influence and negotiate with senior executives and stakeholders.
- - Capable of creating strategic visions and implementing them effectively.
- - Japanese language skill (preferred).
