Meetings & Events Account Team Manager (Travel Agency)
Our client are a global travel agent group, recruiting an Event and Meeting Manager.
This is a team management role. You'll lead an account & operations team in charge of providing meeting / conference / event services.
Responsibilities:
- * Manage a team
- * Manage client relationships
- * Ensure all SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs are consistently achieved.
- * Assess performance; identify opportunities for improvement
- * Handle monthly financials (including revenue growth targets & P&L analysis).
- * Lead projects to improve service operation, efficiency, and quality.
Qualifications:
- * Must be fluent in Japanese.
- * 6+ years experience in event management / conference management.
- * Must have experience in a leadership / team management role.
- * Experience in account management / customer management.
- * Experience dealing with both domestic and international clients (preferred).
- * Knowledge of group air ticketing / practical ticketing.
