Our client are a global medical device provider, recruiting an Orthopedic Device Marketing Manager, specialized in hip and knee products.

This is a team management role, and you'll lead the Japan marketing strategy for multiple product lines. This is an opportunity to broaden your responsibility and step up your career.

Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing team.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for hip and knee orthopedic products.
• Collaborate with Sales team to ensure marketing and sales alignment.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
• Ensure marketing is compliant with regulations and company policy.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing plans as needed.
• Maintain consistent and clear brand messaging across all communication platforms.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of relevant marketing experience (orthopedics, large joints preferred).
• Fluency in Japanese.
• Successful track record in strategic marketing planning and execution.
