Job Title: Marketing and Communication Senior Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Marketing and Communication:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand value and market growth.
- Increase brand recognition by identifying suitable audiences and media platforms (print, digital, social media).
- Propose and obtain approvals for out-of-home advertising campaigns.
- Plan earned media strategies and negotiate with media partners.
- Manage owned media strategies and create content for platforms such as LINE and Instagram.
- Organize events for store openings, in-store/pop-up events, and international visitors.
- Build relationships with celebrities, KOLs, and influencers to increase media coverage.
- Plan and coordinate sales promotions for retail and wholesale.

Corporate PR:
- Develop and execute corporate PR strategies and communication plans.
- Collaborate with headquarters to adapt and implement local ideas.
- Manage communication planning, content creation, and media relations in the Japanese market.
- Support business development through PR communication.
- Promote sustainability activities both internally and externally.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing experience (PR experience is a plus).
- Experience in fashion, men's category, or luxury brands is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Business-level English (both written and spoken).
