Responsibilities:

• Lead & manage a team.
• Develop market strategies for Oncology and Rare Disease sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Analyze market data to guide strategic decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with research, sales, and marketing teams.

Qualifications:

• More than 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in the Life Science / healthcare industry.
• Experience in research, sales, and marketing.
• Understanding of Oncology, Rare Diseases, and Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS).
• Team management experience (preferred).
• Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
