We are looking for a Manager to lead the International Tax Strategy and Advisory team. You will provide tax advice to multinational companies, focusing on cross-border transactions and global tax management.

Responsibilities

- Offer international corporate tax advice to Japanese companies expanding abroad and foreign companies entering Japan.

日本企業の海外進出や外国企業の日本進出に対する国際税務アドバイスを提供する。

- Work with a global team to provide thorough advisory services.

- Help clients with tax planning for global restructuring, managing tax rates, and following international laws.

- Lead and manage teams to ensure excellent client service.

- Give strategic advice on global tax risk and reporting duties.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in international tax, business restructuring, or M&A advisory.

国際税務、事業再編、またはM&Aアドバイザリーにおける実務経験。

- Strong communication skills and a track record of building trust and delivering results.

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent tax certification.
