職務内容：

• 専門的な内部チームを統括し、外部のPRエージェンシーと連携する。
• マーケティングとPR戦略の立案と実行を主導する。
• クラスターマーケティング計画と対応する予算を策定し、管理する。
• SWOT分析を行い、戦略計画に反映する。
• 収益向上のための戦術的、戦略的マーケティング活動を監督する。
• ホテル経営チームと広範囲にわたるマーケティング組織と連携する。

要件：

• 戦略的なマーケティング計画と実行に関する実績、特にホテル業界での経験。
• チームを指導し、育成する強力なリーダーシップスキル。
• 優れた協力と利害関係者管理スキル。
• 予算管理と財務計画に関する経験。
