M&A Consultant (Up to Manager level!)

Our client are a leading consulting firm, recruiting an M&A Consultant. You will support M&A activities from start to finish, & help companies integrate digital and IT solutions.

This role allows you to work with a global team, engage in international business, and use cutting-edge digital tools. You'll gain experience working with industry leaders on impactful M&A projects.

Managerial roles are available for senior applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• - Help with target screening, contacting companies, and deal execution.
• - Assist in signing Transition Service Agreements (TSA) and starting new operations.
• - Plan and carry out value-boosting measures, including digital transformation.
• - Identify issues during business separations and create TSA proposals.
• - Support IT infrastructure setup and manage IT projects for integrations and TSA exits.

Qualifications

• - Fluent in Japanese (preferably JLPT N1 level).
• - Business-level English proficiency.
• - Experience managing large-scale projects.
• - Experience in business reform and defining project requirements.
• - Knowledge of IT integration and system implementation.
• - Experience in personnel system design.
• - CPA or USCPA certification preferred.
