M&A and Business Strategy Advisor – Financial Sector

We are looking for an M&A and Business Strategy Advisor for a leading advisory firm in Tokyo.

You will work with financial institutions, offering advice on mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, and organizational restructuring. Your work will help shape business strategies, compliance frameworks, and governance structures for top financial clients. You will also engage in international projects, contributing to global business growth. This role offers on-the-job training for those new to M&A or the finance sector.

主な業務内容：

- M&AおよびPMIプロジェクトの管理、組織再編とガバナンスに焦点を当てる
- 金融クライアント向けにビジネス、成長、退出、M&A戦略を策定・実行
- PMIおよび分離プランを設計・実行し、円滑な移行を確保する
- リスク管理やファイナンス戦略を含む、コンプライアンスとガバナンスの支援
- クライアント、株主、従業員を含むステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション
- 一般企業およびプライベートエクイティファームに対する金融クライアント向けのM&Aアドバイザリーサービスを提供

必要な経験：

- 金融機関を対象としたコンサルティングまたはアドバイザリー業務での3年以上の経験
- 財務計画、事業開発、または金融業界での法人営業の経験
- ビジネスコミュニケーションにおける高い英語能力
- 戦略的計画、経営、ファイナンス、会計に関する確かな理解
- 金融機関の課題を理解し、クライアントと効果的にコミュニケーションする能力
- コンサルティングおよびビジネス分析の経験
- 金融商品、システム、または金融機関内の業務に関する知識
