Key Responsibilities


Work with the Global Logistics Director to implement best practices in warehousing and find areas for improvement.
グローバルロジスティクスディレクターと協力し、倉庫管理におけるベストプラクティスを導入し、改善点を特定する。

Manage external warehousing providers, set priorities, ensure accurate monthly logistics reporting, and validate supplier invoices.
外部倉庫業者の管理を行い、業務の優先順位を設定し、月次ロジスティクスレポートの精度を確保し、サプライヤーの請求書を確認する。

Oversee regional warehouse operations, including logistics for finished goods, special events, and visual merchandising materials. Coordinate quality control and inventory activities.
完成品、特別イベント、ビジュアルマーチャンダイジング資材を含む地域倉庫運営を統括し、品質管理および在庫管理を調整する。

Handle import/export shipments and store deliveries across Japan, resolving any logistical issues with forwarders.
輸出入業務および国内店舗配送を管理し、フォワーダーとの調整を行いながら、物流上の課題を解決する。

Communicate with local authorities on customs policies, manage tariff quotas, and coordinate product documentation.
税関当局との連携を図り、関税割当の管理や製品ドキュメントの調整を行う。

Ideal Candidate


At least 4 years of experience in senior logistics and distribution operations management, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry.
ファッションまたはラグジュアリー業界での経験がある方歓迎。物流および流通業務の管理経験4年以上を有する方。

Proficient in WMS and ERP systems like STEALTH, with knowledge of international logistics and related regulations.
**WMSおよびERPシステム（STEALTH等）**に精通し、国際物流および関連規制に関する知識を持つ方。

Fluent in Japanese and English.
日本語・英語ともに流暢な方。

College degree preferred.
