Learning & Development Planning Specialist
We are looking for a Learning & Development Planning Specialist for a leading company in the fashion industry. This role is crucial for promoting digital learning in the APAC region. You will design and implement training programs that support business strategies and help team members grow. This position offers a chance to create modern learning solutions, work with a diverse team across APAC, and contribute to the company's success through innovative training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong digital learning environment to meet business needs.
- Assess business and learner needs to customize training solutions.
- Design and manage learning programs that align with strategic goals.
- Work with senior leaders and departments to keep learning initiatives current.
- Lead and assess training projects, reporting progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure digital course content is localized and effective.
- Conduct engaging virtual learning sessions and handle logistics.
- Measure training effectiveness and use feedback to improve learning solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in Japanese and English with strong communication skills.
- At least 5 years of experience in training, learning, and development, preferably with team management experience.
- Strong project management skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships.
- Quick learner with a proactive problem-solving approach and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
