Our client are a leader in software development / distribution, recruiting a Learning & Development Manager.

This role is crucial in developing and implementing learning strategies for the Japan office. You'll also collaborate closely with global HQ.

Responsibilities

• - Conduct needs assessments to customize learning programs for Japan.
• - Work with local HR and leadership to find development opportunities.
• - Create and conduct training sessions (both online and in-person)
• - Lead projects to develop new initiatives.
• - Manage vendor relationships and budgets to support learning priorities.

Qualifications

• - Experience in leading engaging learning sessions.
• - Experience conducting needs assessments.
• - Strong project management skills.
• - Ability to analyze data to measure the impact of learning.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
