Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion for new AI software products and features.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Requirements:
- Experience designing with Figma
- Experience as a design lead
- Business level Japanese and English
- Experience with BtoB SaaS UI
