Responsibilities:

• Guide accounting operations by establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
• Develop and oversee internal financial reports and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years' experience in a similar role.
• Industry experience in Retail or Consumer Goods.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese.
• Demonstrated ability in leading and developing professional teams.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. MBA or CPA certification is an advantage.
