Our client are a global consumer goods company, recruiting a TA lead to drive recruitment efforts in Japan.

You will lead the TA team & shape the company's talent acquisition strategies and its employer branding.

Responsibilities:

• - Lead & manage TA team.
• - Create and execute an employer branding strategy.
• - Work with global / regional TA teams.
• - Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape.
• - Run talent attraction campaigns through various channels.
• - Enhance the company's presence on job boards and social media.

Qualifications:

• - 5+ years of recruiting experience
• - Experience in a leadership role.
• - Excellent communication skills.
• - Employer branding experience (preferred).
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
