IT Support Engineer (Pre-IPO - Conversational Japanese OK)
Our client are a fast-growing IT firm, looking for a Support Engineer experienced in cloud services. The company is preparing for an IPO, and this position offers incredible opportunity for career development.
While some work may be handled in English, conversational proficiency in Japanese is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Address technical queries from sales and customer success teams efficiently.
- Solve issues by applying technical knowledge.
- Keep internal teams updated about technical developments and product changes.
- Understand and communicate internal technical needs, offering feedback to the development team.
- Create and update clear documentation on product and procedures.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years in a Support Engineer role.
- Knowledgeable in cloud services.
- Experience in the advertising industry (preferred).
- Communication ability in Japanese or English (preferably both).
- Experience in BtoB SaaS or startups (preferred).
