IT Business Partner - North East Asia (Japan, Korea, Taiwan)

Our client are a global manufacturer, recruiting an experienced IT Business Partner to manage the North East Asia region (including Japan, Korea, and Taiwan). You'll report directly to the APAC IT VP.

Key Responsibilities

• - Align business and IT objectives for cohesive strategy development.
• - Create long-term business capability and technology advancement roadmaps.
• - Provide insights on industry trends and best practices to guide technology decisions.
• - Plan and manage annual IT investment portfolios.
• - Manage budget for IT projects.
• - Lead IT projects from start to finish.
• - Support IT governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and audit remediation activities.
• - Assist in business continuity and disaster recovery efforts, including business impact analyses.

Qualifications

• - 12+ years relevant IT experience
• - Experience in a similar business partnership role.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese
• - Experience working in an international / matrix environment.
