Our client are a Japan-headquartered, leading & fast-growing fintech company, recruiting an Internal Auditor.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits across all departments.
• Lead J-SOX compliance assessments / reporting.
• Improve risk management processes.
• Leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in audit firms / corporate audit settings.
• Certification in accounting or auditing (CPA, USCPA, Bookkeeping Level 1).
• Background in IT / financial services industries (preferred).
• CIA, CFE (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Must be fluent in Japanese.
