Our client are a leader in IT / software, recruiting a Human Resources Manager.
You'll lead a team, manage HR operations, lead talent acquisition, and manage employee engagement projects.
Our client offers flexible work arrangements, including up to four days per week of remote work.
Responsibilities:

- - Oversee learning and development to meet employee and leadership needs.
- - Monitor and enhance employee engagement.

- - Manage HR operations, including budget planning and performance reviews.
- - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- - 3+ years of relevant HR experience.
- - Strong understanding of Japanese employment laws and HR practices.
- - Team leadership ability.
- - Must be fluent in Japanese.
