Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Business Partner for a financial services company in Tokyo. You'll have the chance to use your HR expertise to influence the company's direction and support an environment that values innovation and employee well-being.
Responsibilities
- - Lead recruitment efforts to attract top candidates.
- - Conduct reference checks to ensure candidate fit.

- - Develop and enforce HR policies to comply with labor laws in various locations.
- - Analyze HR data for performance management and offer strategic advice.
- - Work on HR projects to improve organizational success.
Qualifications
- - 5-10 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- - Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- - Strong communication skills in English and Japanese.
- - Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
