We are looking for an experienced HRBP Senior Manager (with C&B Focus) to join a dynamic tech company. This role has a significant focus on Compensation & Benefits (C&B) while also supporting broader HR business partnering responsibilities. You will work on HR integration for mergers and acquisitions across group companies, aligning HR initiatives with business goals to enhance organizational performance. You will report to the HR Director and be part of a team-oriented and forward-thinking environment, playing a vital role in strategic HR management, talent development, and compensation strategies.


主な業務内容:

• - ビジネスユニットと協力し、組織開発、後継者計画、タレントマネジメント、労働力計画を推進。
• - 組織の目標達成に向けた人事戦略プロジェクトを主導。
• - 給与・福利厚生の施策をリードし、給与ベンチマーク、福利厚生戦略、国際チームとの調整を行う。
• - グループ企業間の合併・買収における人事統合を支援。
• - 各部門と密接に連携し、部門のサポートを行う。
