Key Responsibilities


Create and manage learning and development programs to build future leaders.

Qualifications


Extensive experience in Human Resources with a strong understanding of HR processes.

Ability to mentor and influence diverse stakeholders.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex projects and meet deadlines.

Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly convey complex information.

Analytical skills with the ability to use data for strategic insights.

Fluent in Japanese and English.
