Entry-Level HRBP, B2C Tech (Great Career Development Opportunity)
Location: Tokyo, Japan
Our client are a global B2C online service provider, searching for a junior HRBP. This is a great opportunity for HR Generalists, HR Operations, or HR Specialists to step up their career into a HRBP role.
You'll receive on-the-job development and training, and have the opportunity to work directly with senior management on major projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Lead HR projects in areas such as performance management, recruitment, employee relations, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Manage open positions and ensure effective onboarding of new hires.
- Regularly update HR policies and procedures in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Proactively address employee concerns and develop solutions in consultation with management.
- Advise on employee-related matters including policies, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years Human Resources experience (eg. as HR Generalist, Operations, Specialist).
- Fluent in Japanese.
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations (preferred).
