This important role focuses on improving HR operations and promoting sustainability through data-driven strategies and global teamwork. Key Responsibilities:

- Create systems for collecting and reporting HR and sustainability data.
- Work with global and local teams to set and track KPIs and metrics, ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT and key stakeholders to improve data systems and work with external auditors for data checks.
- Clearly communicate with stakeholders about data processes and sustainability results.
- Improve HR operations for better efficiency and productivity.
- Join global and local data groups to align HR sustainability efforts.
- Manage HR data governance to comply with best practices.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of HR practices and sustainability.
- Excellent skills in analyzing and interpreting complex data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including using formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- Experience with HR Information Systems like Workday is a big plus.
- Proven experience in project management and HR consulting.
- Excellent English communication skills, able to explain technical information clearly.
- Able to handle uncertainty and lead positive change.
- Experience in the retail or luxury industry is beneficial.
