Role:

• - Manage a team.
• - Manage HR and general affairs.
• - Lead on HR policies and guidelines.
• - Collaborate with global HQ.
• - Labor-related duties (eg. timekeeping, payroll, employee benefits etc).
• - Oversee recruitment planning & strategy.
• - Employee development & evaluation processes.
• - Handle labor consultations and mental health and harassment issues.

Qualifications:

• - 3+ years of experience in HR management
• - Experience in labor-related duties.
• - People leadership / project management skills.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
