Our client are a growing software / service company, recruiting a HR Manager. You'll work on major HR initiatives and collaborate closely with senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• - Develop and implement HR strategies for Japan.
• - Manage projects to improve organizational effectiveness, change management, and professional development.
• - Provide comprehensive HR services (including guidance, coaching, and employee relations).
• - Assist in attracting and hiring top talent and provide valuable market insights.
• - Collaborate with global HQ.
• - Uphold and integrate company values and culture.

Qualifications:

• - 5+ years of HRBP/HR Manager experience
• - Extensive knowledge of Japanese labor laws.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
