Our client are a growing software / service company, recruiting a HR Manager. You'll work on major HR initiatives and collaborate closely with senior leadership.

Responsibilities:
- - Develop and implement HR strategies for Japan.

- - Provide comprehensive HR services (including guidance, coaching, and employee relations).

- - Collaborate with global HQ.
- - Uphold and integrate company values and culture.
Qualifications:
- - 5+ years of HRBP/HR Manager experience
- - Extensive knowledge of Japanese labor laws.
- - Must be fluent in Japanese.
