Job Title: HR Manager 人事マネージャー (Enterprise Software / Fintech)

Location: Tokyo, Japan

Seeking a HR Manager to join the APAC HR team of a global fintech organization. The role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for multiple geographies. The selected candidate will liaise with business teams in Japan and Korea.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake and promote HR initiatives at global, regional, or specific team levels
• Manage, mentor and guide local HR managers
• Designing Learning and Development pathways for managers and employees
• Overseeing the recruitment process, inclusive of talent mapping
• Navigating Employee Relations, inclusive of spearheading investigations
• Act as the chief knowledge source on employment law and regulatory norms for Japan and Korea, ensuring HR policy compliance and suitability
• Champion regulatory and compliance-centered HR projects in Japan and Korea
• Offer solutions and advice to HR and managerial teams in navigating complex employee relations scenarios

Qualifications:

• 10 years HR experience, with emphasis on business partnering
• Ability to manage relationships and collaborate in a multicultural setting
• Proficiency in Japanese and English; knowledge of other languages such as Korean is a plus
• Prior experience in multicultural environments
