HR Manager - Fully Remote!
Our client are a growing Japan-headquartered service provider, seeking a HR Manager.
You'll report directly to the CEO and oversee all aspects of human resources, from recruitment to employee retention.
Our client offers a highly flexible environment, with full remote work available.
Responsibilities:
- Build HR strategies and initiatives.
- Manage the entire staffing process, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Conduct performance evaluations and salary reviews.
- Maintain and update company organization charts and employee directories.
- Compensation & benefits (C&B).
- Create and implement strategies for employee retention.
Qualifications:
- MUST be fluent in Japanese
- 5+ years experience in HR
- Experience managing recruitment.
- Understanding of performance management and compensation analysis.
