HR Generalist (Growing US Startup!)
We are recruiting for a HR Generalist role for a US-based startup who are establishing and rapidly expanding in Japan.
You'll work closely with HQ to establish the company's Japan HR practices & policies. This is a great opportunity to fast-track your career development.

Responsibilities:
- - Collaborate with global HQ to develop Japan HR strategies & policies.
- - Work on a wide range of HR functions (eg. talent acquisition, payroll administration, compliance, HR system management, compensation plan creation, and employee retention).
- - Track employee performance, satisfaction, diversity, and attrition.
- - Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll, social insurance, and benefits administration with vendors.
Qualifications:
- - 5+ years of HR experience
- - Experience in a high-growth or startup environment (preferred).
- - Experience in cross-cultural work environments (strongly preferred).
- - Experience in policy implementation
- - Experience in employee relations & compensation
- - Understanding of staffing / recruitment strategy.
- - Strong project management skills
- - Knowledge of Japanese labor laws and employment policies.
- - Must be fluent in Japanese
