As an HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) Manager, you will closely collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to comprehensively plan and execute safety and quality management for domestic and international projects. You will promote disaster prevention and construction quality management utilizing your expertise. If you are familiar with regulations of safety and environment, this is the right fit for you!
What you are expected to do:
- Establish and manage manuals, formats, regulations to ensure comprehensive compliance with legal requirements.
- Build a disaster response framework and develop disaster drill plans.
- Promote KYT (Precaution Training based on hazard prediction) activities.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure smooth and high-quality execution of projects.
- Develop periodic safety policies and plans, and implement training of disaster prevention and conservation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle administrative tasks including documents management and conduct audit of various contracting documents.
- Closely follow the latest trends, insights, and skills related to safety and quality management
- Horizontally work closely with the project management team to enhance safety and risk management (updating quality standards and work standards in accordance with design drawings and specifications).
- Manage various permits/licenses and registration status of qualified personnel.
Requirements:
- 10 years of HESQ experience of construction management
- Proficiency in codes and regulations related to the construction and labor law of safety and health.
- Japanese fluency
