Our client are a global leader in healthcare, recruiting a Head of Total Rewards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team.
• Develop and manage Total Rewards strategies.
• Implement global compensation tools and programs.
• Negotiate with unions on Total Rewards matters.
• Ensure compliance with compensation regulations.
• Review and improve work rules and policies.
• Manage Total Rewards processes across multiple business entities.
• Lead strategic HR projects, (incl. M&A, org transformation, etc).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in C&B
• 3+ years of managerial experience.
• 10+ years of HR experience.
• Experience in multinationals or consulting (preferred).
