Head of Technology - Investment Management
Our client are a global top investment management firm, recruiting an experienced Head of Technology for Japan. You will lead all Japan tech strategy.
This is an opportunity to take on a senior leadership role at a major company.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Lead technology strategy.
- - Lead the IT department.
- - Budget management.
- - Integrate advanced technologies to improve business processes and client services.
- - Maintain strong cybersecurity measures
- - Ensure compliance with regulations.
- - Lead on technological innovation / digital transformation initiatives.
- - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
Qualifications:
- - Over 10 years of experience in relevant IT / tech roles.
- - Experience in financial services and / or investment management.
- - Team management skills.
- - MUST be fluent in Japanese.
