Our client are a major manufacturing company, recruiting a Head of Supply Chain. You'll manage manage operations at a plant in Narita.

This is a team management role with strategic responsibility. You'll lead strategic initiatives, improve productivity, and maintain high safety standards.

職務内容：

• チームのリードおよびマネジメント（正社員・派遣社員を含む）
• 生産量、経費、資本計画の管理
• 生産プロセス改善プロジェクトのリード
• 供給計画および配送ルートの監督により、製品のタイムリーな立ち上げと納期の厳守を確保
• 材料供給業者や外部パートナーとの連携

応募条件：

• 製造業におけるサプライチェーン管理または生産計画で5年以上の実務経験
• 医薬品の製造、包装、流通に関する規制の知識（歓迎）
• チームリーダーシップスキル
• サプライヤー管理および物流交渉のスキル
