- 企業法務、ガバナンス、企業再編に関する管理
- 商取引契約の起草、レビュー、アドバイス
- 規制コンプライアンスの監視、政府機関との連携、内部監査の実施
- グループ統合のための法律コミュニティとの議論の主導
