We are looking for an experienced Head of IT/IT Director for a top luxury retail company.

This role involves improving technology operations, optimizing internal systems, and managing software solutions. You will play a crucial role in enhancing business processes through effective IT strategies and leading the brand's technological growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the setup, configuration, and upkeep of software applications, including POS systems.

- Ensure smooth operations by fixing technical issues and applying updates.

- Lead ERP, EC platforms, and CRM projects using Business Process Reengineering (BPR) methods.

- Oversee hardware infrastructure like servers, network gear, and mobile devices.

- Plan and carry out hardware updates or replacements to ensure peak performance.

- Provide tech support and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.

- Run training sessions to improve staff technical skills and application use.

- Develop and apply strategies to protect data integrity and availability.

- Set up data protection measures and recovery plans to protect sensitive info.

- Create IT policies to comply with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.

- Keep documentation for compliance and work with auditors on IT projects.

Qualification

- Proven experience in managing applications and infrastructure.

- Experience with POS systems.

- Fluent in English for effective communication and negotiation with headquarters.

- Experience as an external vendor for internal operation improvements is a plus.

- 法律、規制、および業界標準に準拠するためのITポリシーを作成する。

- コンプライアンスのための文書を保持し、ITプロジェクトで監査人と協力する。

資格

- アプリケーションとインフラストラクチャの管理における確かな経験。

- POSシステムの経験。

- 本社との効果的なコミュニケーションと交渉のために英語に堪能であること。

- 内部運用改善のための外部ベンダーとしての経験があるとなお良い。
