Responsibilities

Design and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals.

Lead recruitment to attract top talent and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

優秀な人材を採用するための採用活動をリードし、スムーズなオンボーディング体験を提供する。

Develop talent programs with a focus on leadership and growth.

リーダーシップと成長に重点を置いた人材育成プログラムを開発する。

Oversee compensation, goal setting, and performance management systems.

報酬体系、目標設定、パフォーマンス管理システムを監督する。

Foster a positive workplace culture and address employee concerns.

ポジティブな職場文化を育み、従業員の懸念に対応する。

Ensure compliance with labor laws and collaborate with legal teams.

労働法を遵守し、法務チームと連携する。

Guide and support the HR team to achieve their goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in senior HR leadership, ideally in tech or AI industries.

テクノロジーまたはAI業界での人事部門の上級リーダーシップ経験があることが望ましい。

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

戦略的思考を持ち、優れた問題解決力とコミュニケーションスキルを備えている方。

Global HR experience is a bonus.
