Job Description

A leading global technology company is looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead financial strategy and growth in Japan. This role is key to shaping financial plans and providing strategic insights to support the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with leadership to create financial strategies that align with business goals.

- Manage financial planning, analysis, and control to support informed decision-making and growth.

- Develop processes for investment evaluation and strategic planning.

- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

- Provide insights for key business decisions and establish strong financial controls and metrics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

- Over 10 years of experience in finance or related roles.

- Proven success in strategic business partnerships and team management.

- Strong English and Japanese communication skills.

- MBA is highly preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in process improvement and understanding complex workflows.
