**Qualifications**:

• - Minimum 8 years experience in sales management
• - Experience dealing with large transactions preferred
• - Team management experience
• - Strong strategic planning ability
• - Business Development / planning skill
• - Ability to handle change management
• - Must be fluent in Japanese
