- 国際事業運営の再編と改善サポート
- 海外子会社の経営課題特定
- 国際成長戦略の策定
- 国際事業計画の評価
- 海外企業の再編や買収支援
- ステークホルダー管理とプロジェクト進行の確保
- 海外プロジェクトの債権者調整
- 財務分析と改善行動計画の作成
- インタビューやクライアント会議への参加
- 報告書やプレゼンテーション作成（Excel, PowerPoint）
- 提案書作成の調査と分析

応募資格・スキル

- 国際事業再構築への関心
- 強力な分析力と戦略的思考
- 国際プロジェクト適応力
- 財務モデリング経験（尚可）
- MBAと英語力（望ましい）、国際経験（有利）
- 日本と現地のマネジメント間のコミュニケーション能力
- 締め切り厳守と経済的制約下での成果達成能力
- コンサルティングファーム、投資ファンド、商社での再編経験
- 海外子会社再編の経験
