• 多数のチームを含む大規模な部門をリードし、管理する。
• オンプレミスチャネルの戦略を作成し、実施する。
• 顧客との関係を管理し、インセンティブプログラムを設計し、プロモーション活動を監督する。
• 他の部門と協力して予算を管理し、運用効率を向上させる。
• チームのパフォーマンスとビジネスプロセスを評価し、改善する。

応募資格:

• アルコール業界での営業・マーケティング経験8年以上。
• 実績のあるリーダーシップとチームマネジメントスキル。
• 日本のオンプレミスチャネルに関する知識と、関連するサプライヤーやアウトレットとの経験。
• 顧客交渉と分析的意思決定のスキル。
• 日本のプレミアムアルコールブランドでの経験（望ましい）。
