Global Infrastructure Services Lead
Our client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Services Lead to oversee the delivery of enterprise-wide IT services supporting approximately 3,000 users. This role is pivotal in driving technology transformation, optimizing service delivery through insourcing and offshoring strategies, and managing large-scale infrastructure projects while ensuring smooth business-as-usual operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage core infrastructure services, including End User Services, ID Management, Security Engineering & Operations, and Application Integration & Automation
Drive managed services transformation to improve efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
Implement insourcing and offshoring strategies to optimize resource allocation and operational effectiveness.
Oversee large-scale infrastructure projects ensuring timely execution within scope and budget.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to align IT infrastructure services with business objectives.
Ensure SLA compliance and maintain high service availability across all infrastructure domains.
Foster a high-performance team culture, providing leadership and strategic direction to support business growth and operational excellence.
Maintain BAU operations while executing transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in managing large-scale IT infrastructure for enterprises with at least 3,000 users.
Strong expertise in end-user computing, IT security operations, identity management, and automation.
Track record in managed services transformation, insourcing/offshoring strategies, and enterprise IT project management.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment across technical and business teams.
Experience in delivering large-scale IT infrastructure projects within a complex enterprise environment.
Fluent in both Japanese and English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively across global teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on service improvement and innovation.
