Global Digital Change Management Leader
A leading healthcare company is looking for a skilled leader to manage global digital change management. This key role involves integrating digital technologies like Generative AI, Data & Analytics, and Robotic Process Automation across the organization. The candidate will lead organizational change by aligning digital capabilities and ensuring their successful implementation globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Work with department heads to set a strategic vision, goals, and key performance indicators for digital transformation.
- - Create and support a detailed plan to reach these goals.
- - Partner with IT business leaders to find and involve key stakeholders across departments.
- - Explain the strategic vision and benefits of digital technologies to stakeholders to gain their support.
- - Customize change management strategies to fit the needs of different departments.
- - Collaborate with leaders to assess the current state and identify areas for digital technology integration.
- - Develop and implement communication and training strategies that meet stakeholder needs.
- - Track adoption progress and adjust strategies using the PDCA cycle.
- - Keep up with advancements in GenAI, RPA, and Data & Analytics.
- - Collect best practices and case studies to share within the organization.
- - Work with external service providers to ensure quality training and information sharing.
- - Create systems to encourage a culture of innovation, experimentation, and healthy competition.
- - Promote shared learning and the exchange of best practices across the organization.
Qualifications:
- - Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects.
- - Strong skills in strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
- - Deep knowledge of GenAI, Data & Analytics, and RPA technologies.
- - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
