A leading healthcare company is looking for a skilled leader to manage global digital change management. This key role involves integrating digital technologies like Generative AI, Data & Analytics, and Robotic Process Automation across the organization. The candidate will lead organizational change by aligning digital capabilities and ensuring their successful implementation globally.


Key Responsibilities:

• - Work with department heads to set a strategic vision, goals, and key performance indicators for digital transformation.
• - Create and support a detailed plan to reach these goals.
• - Partner with IT business leaders to find and involve key stakeholders across departments.
• - Explain the strategic vision and benefits of digital technologies to stakeholders to gain their support.
• - Customize change management strategies to fit the needs of different departments.
• - Collaborate with leaders to assess the current state and identify areas for digital technology integration.
• - Develop and implement communication and training strategies that meet stakeholder needs.
• - Track adoption progress and adjust strategies using the PDCA cycle.
• - Keep up with advancements in GenAI, RPA, and Data & Analytics.
• - Collect best practices and case studies to share within the organization.
• - Work with external service providers to ensure quality training and information sharing.
• - Create systems to encourage a culture of innovation, experimentation, and healthy competition.
• - Promote shared learning and the exchange of best practices across the organization.

Qualifications:

• - Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects.
• - Strong skills in strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
• - Deep knowledge of GenAI, Data & Analytics, and RPA technologies.
• - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
