業務内容:

• - 効率的で革新的なジェネレーティブAIソリューションの設計・開発
• - 研究論文を基にAIモデルやアルゴリズムの開発・改善
• - プロジェクトの管理とAI技術の開発・実装におけるチーム指導
• - モデルの実装と加速技術を用いたパフォーマンス最適化
• - クライアントのニーズに合わせたAIソリューションのカスタマイズ
• - 顧客データを用いたモデルパフォーマンスのテスト・改善
• - 新しいAI技術の研究と評価で競争力を維持

技術スタック:

• - 言語: Python, TypeScript, React, Next.js
• - インフラ: GCP, Kubernetes, Docker
• - ツール: Slack, Confluence, Jira, Google Workspace, GitHub

応募資格:

• - コンピュータサイエンス、AI、または関連分野の強力なバックグラウンド、ジェネレーティブAIにフォーカス
• - Pythonの高度なスキルと、PyTorchやTensorFlowなどのディープラーニングフレームワークの経験
• - 研究からAIアルゴリズムを開発・実装する能力
• - 実用的なソリューションを提供するための問題解決能力
• - ビジネスコミュニケーションにおける英語の堪能さ
• - 大規模言語モデル（LLM）や画像生成モデルの経験
• - 研究発表の成功実績
• - インフラストラクチャとウェブ技術の知識
