(full remote) QA lead-forerunner AI SaaS company

Join a rapidly growing SaaS company revolutionizing sales processes! We are seeking a Lead QA Engineer to oversee and enhance the quality assurance activities of our flagship product, "Sales Marker," and other upcoming products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA activities, including specification reviews, UI/UX testing, and process improvements.
  
• Develop and execute test plans, manage bug reports, and collaborate with engineering teams.
  
• Mentor and support QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  
• Drive test automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and coverage.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
  

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in development or QA within a corporate setting.
  
• At least 2 years of QA team management experience.
  
• Proficiency in QA processes for web and mobile applications.
  
• Experience with test environment setup, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
  
• Fluent in Japanese and business-level English.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
  

Preferred:

• ISTQB/JSTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification.
  
• Experience with E2E test development using tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
  
• Background in SaaS product QA, particularly in sales or marketing domains.
