Our client are a central Tokyo hotel, recruiting a Front of House Manager.

You'll manage all front of house operations. This is a great chance for someone with several years of experience in front desk and/or guest services related roles to step up and develop their career.

Responsibilities:

• - Manage all front of house operations (eg. guest services and dining room activities).
• - Train, guide, and develop the front of house team.
• - Lead strategic projects to improve customer service / guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• - 3+ years experience in front of house roles.
• - Leadership skills - ability to lead a team.
• - Prior team manager / assistant manager experience (preferred)
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
